The main assembly is comprised of an oil sample port, a nitrogen gas inlet port, and a pressure gauge all mounted within a corrosion resistant housing. This assembly mounts through the side of the transformer control cabinet and is connected to the transformer oil sample port and gas inlet port using the supplied hoses and fittings. Once installed, users can access these components without the need to open the cabinet.

Installation

An adhesive cutout template is provided with the kit to aid in making the proper mounting holes. Four studs secure the unit to the cabinet and together with the provided gasket makes for a weather tight seal to keep out the elements. With the housing installed, the oil sample line and gas line can be connected using the fittings supplied with the kit.
